AgentDock is freely distributed under the MIT License. You have complete freedom to use, modify, study, and share it.

100% Free & Transparent

No subscription, recurring billing, or license key activation. All features are unlocked and available without restriction.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, compiling, installing, or using AgentDock ("the Software"), you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying MIT Open Source License. If you do not agree, please do not use the software.

2. License Grant & Open Source

AgentDock is provided as free, open-source software under the terms of the MIT License:

Permission is hereby granted, free of charge, to any person obtaining a copy of this software and associated documentation files (the "Software"), to deal in the Software without restriction, including without limitation the rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, and to permit persons to whom the Software is furnished to do so, subject to the conditions of the MIT License.

3. Permitted Use & System Requirements

AgentDock is built for Apple Silicon Macs running macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. You are granted permission to run the software on as many devices as you own or manage, for personal, educational, or commercial use.

4. Third-Party Integrations & Adapter Maintenance

AgentDock interacts with third-party AI agents (including Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Google Antigravity, and OpenCode).

Because these independent platforms frequently update their internal schemas, log files, and CLI interfaces, AgentDock maintains best-effort adapter bridges. While we work to keep integrations reliable, compatibility with past or unannounced future versions of third-party tools cannot be guaranteed.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
